Rokon?

Pros,

They go everywhere, we had one in our deer camp in northern MN. We'd hunt all week and leave the deer hanging out in the bush. The last Sunday we'd take the Rokon out and drag them all back in. They'd even ride them over beaver dams.

Cons,

They are slow and aren't street legal so you have to haul them everywhere you want to hunt.

Take a look at a TW-200, street legal and will get you just about any where seeing as almost all public lands now days you are restricted to established roads anyway.

Just making sure as you asked under Predator Hunting.

I had one lots of years ago. Had a fan cooled 2-stroke Chrysler engine. No suspension as it used the big soft tires to cushion the ride. Was not much fun to ride over 20 mph or so but it sure would go anywhere. You could even push it (certainly not ride) or tow it across an small body of water as it would float. I did not keep it long and sold it and bought a Yamaha 175 Enduro as it was street legal and fit my needs better. Still, it was quite a unique machine.

Their ad claims they can be licensed in every state except California

They can be licensed for off road like an atv.

OOPS' my bad.

I see they came out with a street model recently, they had to change out the tires and add all the DOT street equipment. I looked at them a couple years ago and that model wasn't available.

Like AWS said, look into a Trail-Wise 200. They're fairly maytag & they've been basically the same machine since their inception...But if you ever do need parts for them there is a lot more dealer support with Yamaha compared to the Rokon brand. I spent over 20 years in the m/c business & only ever saw Rokons at the dealer expo's, never ran across anyone in my area that bought one.
