i don't have this one. but i do have the model identical to it when stoney point made and sold it. it will do what you are wanting. they work real good.

another bipod that is not well known and is kind of hard to find but works great is made by a guy named vern howey. do a search for *Vern Howey Swivel Head Bipod*.  it is a great bipod.
