I like my calling rifles light. I would not want to add two pounds even if it did stiffen the stock.

I would not want a water/cement based product in my rifle. It could retain moisture beside the fact it can crack and flake. This can cause rust.
I would choose another base type product. Maybe epoxy or the like. Even Bondo would be much better. If you desire more weight than the product you choose, then you may encase some lead into it while applying.

Bondo is porous until coated with paint.
