Ready to use? Won't that have to be fitted to your particular gun? I think it will and I think I would contact Ruger directly to inquire about fitting one to your frame.
Ruger never offered the extra cylinders off the shelf. You had to send the gun back to them to have it fitted properly. It was better to buy the gun as a convertible anyway.
A friend had one that came with the 9mm cylinder. He sent the cylinder off and had it chambered to 357/44 Bain & Davis. Worked well enough, but did not have a chronograph in those days so who knows how much if any gain it was over a standard .357 Mag. Sure was a boomer though.
thanks ,, i have seen blank cylinders ,, thats wht i wanted to know if i would have to get one fitted or do they sell them ready to use like the single sixs with the .22 lr and .22mag cylinders
