I have a Savage VLP with a 220 Swift Criterion barrel, 12 twist and it's a shooter for sure. I only took this one in trade as I believe I got the better end of the deal. The Ruger has a really nice trigger and as far as I know it's an untouched factory trigger. Rifle looks like it's brand new and the previous owner told me that there was around 60 rds fired. I'll throw on a scope and shoot up the factory ammo I got with it and maybe load some 50gr Noslers with H414 as my Savage really likes them. Not sure I'll keep it as the Savage is a keeper and don't really need another Swift but if it's a true shooter it might just hang around. It also came with a set of Hornady dies and those I'll sell. I love the Swifts.
