Does anyone know what is the size of the scope rings that come on the mini 14 ranch rifle? I bought one from a friend and it did not come with any.I would like to mount a Nikon Pro Staff 3-9 x 40 scope on it and the gun has the high front sight.
My Mini came with "high" rings. Mediums will work with a 40mm objective. Just do not get a scope with really long sight adjustment turrets or the spent case will strike the scope when it is ejected.
