I've been following this thread for a few days now and its time to add some input.

I don't think anyone is really saying that they want to ban hunting with dogs.  The "underlying tone" that I get from this thread and from other threads on this board, is that SOME dog hunters disobey the law and flaunt it with statements like:

1)  My dog can't read therefore I'm not tresspassing.

2)  If my dog is on a trail, then its legal wherever he goes.

Come on guys, get your head out of your rectal devices, tresspassing is tresspassing no matter how its done.  Do other hunters tresspass, damn straight they do, but they have no excuses.  It just seems to me that dog hunters use the dog as an excuse to tresspass, because the dog can't read.  That is the crux of the problem.

Lets face it, if your on someone elses property and you don't have permission, YOUR TRESSPASSING!!!!!  It doesn't matter how you got there.  Hell, you can fall out of an airplane onto someone's property and its STILL TRESSPASSING!!!!!  Look it up in the law books!

Are there bad hunters in all walks, yes!  However, its only the dog hunters that I see and read about that try and justify breaking the law by the excuse of "my dog can't read".

Enough of the BULL SH#T Excuses already, keep your dogs on property that you have permission and all will be well.  If you can't do that, then your dogs are NOT UNDER CONTROL and are also violating leash laws in several states, that simply say that if a dog is not on a leash it must be demonstrated to be under some other type of control, be it voice, electrical or other.
