Sako Trigger Questions

Hello. I've got a few questions regarding Sako triggers for anyone that might know. Are all L series & AII series Sako triggers interchangeable? If not please explain. I've got a L579 243 & a AII 22-250 that I'd like to swap triggers with. In your opinion what is the best after market trigger for the older model Sako's? What is a Canjar Sako trigger, that came from a L579, worth? Thank you for your time & help,
Jim D

What I liked about my Sako's were the triggers.

If your L579 isn't right someone may have monkeyed with the trigger, Canjar? Is that after market?

None of my Sako triggers ever had any creep and broke like glass

My L461 Vixen has zero creep, and as stated above breaks like glass at 2.5lbs.
Canjar is an aftermarket trigger manufacturer, i believe no longer in business....ive heard they make some of the nicest triggers around.

Not all Sako L models used the same trigger (thinking L46) but the L579 and AII should be the same. The Canjar is an aftermarket single-set trigger that can be fired conventionally or pushed foreward to cock the trigger for a pull of a few ounces. Can't help with a value of the latter. The only non-factory trigger I have on a Sako is a Timney Hunter model, which I like a lot.

Way back in the day... Canjar triggers were the cats pajamas. The bees knees. You get the idea...
I remember shooting a custom Mod 98 Mauser in 30-06 with a Canjar. That was one sweet trigger. Sweet rifle too. I don't remember if it was a single set trigger or not.

Well plans changed so I won't be posting a picture tonight. One screw has a spring behind it veiwed through a hole in the case around the trigger group, its the trigger pull adjustment. The other is a creep adjustment.
