had the model 25 for years, was sitting in back of my safe, hardly touched it (other guns to play with) buddy of mine has one of the newer 17 hornets, shot it the other day and man what fun it was, so i decided to do something with my little hornet, im going to put it in a boyds varmint stock, and try some long distance shooting with it 300yds and in, now what would be a good bullet to use for this, i would also like it to be used for hunting at those ranges, with birds and small game at the farther end of the range and a short to medium range for coyotes like 200 and in
