I have a Timney and a SSS. Both are nice, easily adjustable to as light as they need to be. Both were easy to install also, with the SSS being a little more involved (fitting).
I personally like the Timney better because of the shape and dimensions of the trigger. The Timney has a wider flater trigger (not like a Rem 700 but still nice) where the SSS is very narrow. That's a personal issue, but both are very good and lend to better shooting and tighter groups. The Timney was also a little less expensive.
