scent lok clothing

I too was also curious about the scent lok stuff, but a budget and feed back on my post awhile back has me deciding to go without it. Try whats best for you, as long as you are happy with the outcome (dead varmints) then it's all the same!

Only my opinion, it may help in deer hunting but I don't believe it helps that much or any at all in predator hunting. I say save your money for gas to go hunting with and don't believe all the hype, make it simple and don't out think yourself. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

It may have been on this board a while back, but someone brought out the point of what about one's breath? Also, what about the face? Ive never used scent-lok, and would guess it may help some with deer, etc, but I have doubts with coyotes as the earlier post states. Would be interesting to see what it will and wont do by experimentation. Good hunting.

i talked to my brother today and he told
me that i coud boro his scentloc clothing
and try it out before i buy some are season

I would think that most scentlock clothing is for close range bowhunting, Unless your calling them real close like shotgun range it seems like just another expense. I personally like to get them at around 100 yds if I can or sooner if they start to circle downwind like they do. scope on fur, I let out a woof, stop them, then BOOM! there is nothing like hearing that THWACK sound of bullet hitting.
