Been along time since I have posted. Just bought the Savage 112BVSS and am trying to decide on a scope. I was thinking about putting a Sightron scope on it. The one I am looking at is 6-24x44. Anyone have any experience with this brand? The rifle looks to be a good one. It is a 22-250, heavy fluted barrel, 26" long with a wide forearm. Sure is heavy. 10lbs w/o scope and rings. Comes with the accu trigger of Savage's. Otherwise I will more than likely go with the 4200. Thanks. coyotestalker
