I went with the Leupold. Worth every penny as I use Buffalo Bore 401 grain ammo and it gives a stout recoil.
It hasn't rattled loose yet.
Go with the 2X Anything more powerful defeats the purpose of a scout scope and is more difficult to use anyway. Mine is perfect for out to 200 yards.
I use detachable mounts and have the ghost ring setup on it. To 100-120 yards the ghost rings work just fine.
