Has anyone done business with them as of late? Curious as to how their services are these days? It use to be questionable.
 
The last time I used them was a 6 month wait for a single shot adapter that was in stock when I ordered it.Would not return emails and could never get a phone answered or call returned,I think it would be hard to go downhill from that
 
They have a stock I like. A friend order one years ago and they told him a few weeks and it was almost a year. I was hoping things had changed.
 
I tried to deal with them on a trigger once before they were discontinued. When you call it said they were not accepting calls due to work load I believe. Their answering machine said to email them for quickest results so I did...over 2 years now and still waiting on that reply...
 
Crappy way to do business but I guess they survive. I think they may have regular customers that get special treatment.
 


Fred has done work for me for years. One nice fellow and his wife.
Never and I mean never have I had a problem. The best trigger made was his.
I can not say what I feel about this you would kick me off this group.

Look up their Better Business Bureau rating...Last I looked it was an "F".

If you go to their web site and click on "About Us", go down to
the last paragraph, that explains a lot. They went from having
plenty of help to just Fred and Lisa. They tried to get another
company to do much of the initial fabrication for Fred's great
triggers but that company got sloppy and most of the parts had
to be rejected. When things got badly back logged, Lisa just
stopped communication with me (and apparently most others). No
way to do business, but I can sympathize with their situation.
Just one more case of government killing business.
 
Thats been their excuse for poor CS for years. They just don't care! Its been at least 4-5 years since my friend ordered that stock. He was told a couple of weeks and IIRC it took 8 months. Maybe longer. Thats just poor CS. If its going to take 8 months, say its going to take 8 months. 8 months is NOT a couple of weeks.

If you knew this in advance, I don't understand your motivation for getting this thread going.

1. Are you seriously considering ordering something from them anyway?

OR

2. Are you just bored and needed a group hug?

I indeed read your first post. It's the later ones that makes one wonder what your slant is.

Typical psychopup approach. Start something and then pile on to every remark that meets your needs.

A truly CS approach that you are known for here. I've never done any business with them, but if I had and it wasn't to my liking, I wouldn't bring it up on an internet forum and fish with it.

Sheesh back at ya', turkey. And that's not a belated Happy Thanksgiving greeting.
 
I just wanted to know if their service was any better. You never know, letting a few new people about their customer service might saved them time and money. Sorry it offended you.


FYI And yes, I was considering buying a stock.

You asked a question and several people offered their point of view. Sometimes a simple Thank you goes a lot farther than:

I have no oar in the water concerning Sharp Shooter Supply, but someone dumping extra junk on any company in response to other people's comments does no one any good.
