Are you sure that you wouldn't be satisfied building one out of treated lumber & just leaving it out there?
This would mean that you could make it as big as you'd like, plus it would always be ready to shoot off of.
Concrete tops are another option for a permanent setup. If you have access to a loader tractor, a heavy shooting table can still be easily moved. Just food for thought.
