If you are apposed to building a range table out of concrete, Then for something mobile and "steady" I went to the local Mega-lo Mart, and bought a folding table. It is stable enough if you take a small amount of time setting it up and has ample room for two guns and ammo.
All the chair/table combo's are a waste of time and money IMO. Build it as permanent or go with what works with out the gimmicks. Just something to think about.
