Should have collected more coons

Sent 50 coons to FHA, and for once they all sold, high of $21.00 low of $3.00 and averaged $10.00, Still waiting to see what the coyotes bring if anything. June sale will have the cats and otter and a few late coons.

With coyote market like it is, only sent up two coyotes that looked like they worth working up. One sold for $21.00 and the other didn't sell. It's always worth a shot to send a few, if nothing else to keep in practice.

Geeze! I was told coon aren’t worth anything the last five years from my local fur company so I want from tossing them to not trapping. I picked up a dozen cuffs last week. Figure I’ll get out and set for “nuisance” critters next week and get the turkey egg eaters off my property. Imo they are too greasy for me to waste my time with. I took them in un skinned and got $3 to $5 fo4 them when they were worth something.
