Hello everyone! I just finished up a really cool maple burl call. It's got spalting, tiger stripes, and some other nice figuring. It's hefty, 4 1/2 inches long, and an inch at the bell. I hand sanded the bell pretty thin. This call never saw a buffer; the shine is entirely done by hand over the course of many days. I didn't use a flash for any of these pictures; the shine is from a soft white bulb! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif
