Sierra 22 caliber 60 gr TMK

Any one have any real work experience with them in a 22-250 on coyotes? I’m hoping to help with wind drift in windy Colorado.

What cartridge, and barrel twist? Velocity?

22-250 18" 1:8 twist. If I remember correctly around 3245 fps
