60 gr hollow point FB (1375)
both bullets with H335, varget, AA2230, or IMR 4064.

Yes I list MAX loads so start 10% below
h335 28.0 grs
Varget 26.8
AA2230 26.6 that's for bullet 1450
Now bullet 1375
H335 27.1
Varget 26.7
AA2230 24.9
IMR 4064 26.0 All these loads are for Bolt action

Wow! Sierra is way higher than the rest of my manuals. Im gonna stick with what I got. 50 grn @ 28 for H 335? thats what my lists show for a 40 grn. Hmm... Good luck !

Ditto, My Sierra manual is way different from what's been posted. For the 50 gn Sierra Blitz (1450), 26.8 grains of H-335 is shown as max.???

Just Checked the 5Th Edition of Sierra's loading manual and these loads that he has listed are as he says are for BOLT ACTION rifles and are Max loads per Sierra.
Sierra has loading data that is for the AR15 which is different than for the bolt action rifles.

This link He has given you is for the AR15. If you have not all ready looked at it.

I have tried different powders from this data for my 2 AR uppers and I have never seen any pressure signs when working up to max loads using the data from this link, I have the 5Th edition Sierra manual from which this data comes from.

thanks this is very helpful. i don't see benchmark listed for the 55gr bullets,or any others, could the figures for h335 be the same? i also don't see anyone using imr 4064. is there a reason for this? accuracy?pressure?velocity?

Prolly the reason for very few people using IMR 4064 in the 223 is because it is such a long stick powder and getting the upper end loads stuffed in a 223 case is a chore.

For instance in the 5th edition Nosler manual lists the maximum load of IMR 4064 with a 50 gr. B.T. as being 27.0 gr. using Winchester brass. I use Winchester brass and a drop tube and can't get 27.0 gr. in the case. If it were a short cut powder I think maybe more people would try it. JMHO.
