Always wanted one of these and a buddy had one for sale so I snagged it. Took it to the club today and put 20 rounds of cheap winchester HP ammo through it just to function test. Not a single hiccup. Anyone else shoot or carry one of these? I think its a pretty cool little shooter.

On mine I shoot the Gemtech ammo. Welded up a nice little holster for it on my Zero turn mower. So When I mow, all the rabbits go to greener pastures.

Nice enough gun I think. Shot a friends a few months ago and it shot fine but it did not make me want to run out and buy one.

I have a friend that has one suppressed and another friend that owns one un-suppressed. I don't know what the attraction was but really wanted one. I'm not a big pistol guy but have a few. Think this is a good addition to the group.

I have one and I really like it. They come new with an extra recoil springs in the factory box. Depending on which one is in the gun, the light one or the heavier one, it may or may not cycle cheap promo ammunition. In the literature that comes with a new gun, in the user manual they specifically say that they function best with good quality ammunition.

Mine likes CCI Mini-Mags and WW Super X High Performance/High Velocity ammo. It will not reliably cycle ammo like the cheapy Rem gray lead waxed bullet stuff or the cheap Federal lead bullet offering, so I don't try to shoot them in it.

I had to polish the feed ramp to get mine to feed somewhat reliably....traded it for a ruger sr22...don't regret that decision at all

You had 20 rounds of .22 ammo!

Yep and a couple more also. Not hoarding or stock piling, just buy a box when they are available and sensibly priced.

I have a friend at the gun club that had the little Sig. He had all sorts of reliability troubles with it. This guy is a gunny type guy and knows a thing or two but his Sig never ran reliably. I have the Ruger SR22 and it just doesn't miss a beat, surprisingly accurate too. Guy at the club swapped his Sig off on a SR22 after several of us got on his case about his little clunker. He loves the little Ruger. For what it's worth...

From what I have read, the little Sig likes quality high velocity ammo. It comes with two springs, one for the HV ammo and one for the lesser velocity ammo after the pistol gets good and broken in.

I bought mine brand new and it would never function, with either spring with a lot of different ammo types. I never messed with sending it in or polishing anything. It was always bang bang jam, bang jam, bang bang jam etc... I got rid of it and picked up a Ruger 22/45 Lite and it has never missed a beat since the first day.

Is there an echo in here?

Ditto on the only one I've had experience with (a family member's). It went on down the road.
