Silencer shop single shot trust

Mine does not. It's very simple. I will do a full NFA trust on my next suppressor, and then likely pay the fee (again) to transfer my current suppressor from the SS trust.

My SS trust is issued to my physical address, so I understood from Silencer Shop that anyone legally able to possess a suppressor could use my suppressor as long as their ID had the same address as the trust. It's all kind of voodoo to me though, so my interpretation could be off. I know that my name does not appear on the tax stamp, just the name of the suppressor (the trust title) and my address.

That's why I want to go to an NFA trust though; so I can add my dad and brothers who live at different addresses. And of course, to handle the bequeathing when I kick the bucket.

If a NFA trust is established does the beneficiary have to buy another stamp and go through the approval process?

The way I understand it is they can fill out a form 5 and transfer it to themselves or trust with the usually background check and it is free of charge.
