Just to give a heads up SSA is having a sale until Dec 1st. Get 3 boxes for the price of 2. I ordered several boxes of the 5.56mm 70gr TSX loads to try in my Stag 1/7 Model 3 carbine. I hope to use them for called coyotes here in eastern Ohio and in March for my annual hog hunt in SC. For good measure I also bought myself an ALG Defense 13" EMR free float rail for Christmas to replace the Magpul.

I think Skypup has tested this ammo enough to say it should be good hog/coyote slayers!
 
It is super penetrating hard hitting 5.56mm ammo for sure and the absolute best for hogs since it petals so well and is spinning so fast from a 1:7" twist (+250,000rpm) that it is an excellent tissue grinder.

I do use it on dogs but it passes right through, best to hit their shoulder with it so some bone contact is made for it to expand well.
 
Barnes definately seems to have nailed it when it comes to the ultimate hunting projectile in the 5.56mm with the TSX. Can't wait to try them out!
 
SSA currently has the 70gr TSX on sale $17.95 a box regular $25.95. They also offer a 10% first responder discount in addition to the sale price. I loaded up today!
