I get a kick out of some of these people's comments, "hoping the dog could defend herself" and this is a Maltipoo no less. Wonder when she's gonna figure out the dog isn't coming back?

I saw on the news this morning that Jessica still feels there is hope of finding her dog because:

"Daisy is real fast, and may have seized an opportunity to bolt from her captor."

Now, don't get me wrong, I feel bad for anyone who loses thier dog, especially if it got ate by a coyote. But I think she's setting her hopes a little high if she thinks little Daisy out ran a coyote...

Not to make light of poor Daisy's demise, but there is no question in my mind that, as Greg mentioned, she is now a part of one or more scat piles.

I think all of us here know what that coyote did the instant it got a hold of her...a few rapid, vigorous shakes and then: gulp!
