Size of the Inferno/Wildfire vs Banshee/Hellfire?

Anyone have a photo for size reference? Love the compact size of the Inferno/Wildfire series. I'm trying to compare how much bigger the Banshee is.

The Banshee and Hellfire are built around the SP60 speaker. I don't know why you would want a better picture than furnished at the FoxPro site. The Inferno is 7.5" x 3.75" x 5" and weighs 1.5 lbs. with batteries. The Banshee is 9" x 6.5" x 5" and weighs 3 lbs. with batteries. The Inferno is powered by 4 aa batteries, while the Banshee is powered by 10 aa batteries. Both use the TX915 remote which is testing really well. Either caller is compact and easy to carry. The Banshee is louder with more features.

Thanks, I've just never seen the two side by side and no retailers in my area stock them. The only difference appears to be the speaker/batteries, the other features appear identical. I'm trying to determine if the Banshee is worth the additional $150 for my style of hunting. I walk miles and miles on walk-in properties, so size matters. Thx.

You get a lot more ecaller for the money, and it is a very compact unit. There is no comparison between what 10 batteries and a bigger amplifier will do for you compared to 4 batteries and a smaller amp.. Either unit will hold up well for resale value, but I'd vote for the Banshee.

Inferno frame is nice and small to throw in a pack and go. No doubt about it. I opted for the Banshee and could not be happier. Not big by any means compared to Inferno, but different. The sp60 speaker blows the Inferno away besides have 10 cells to power it. VERY LOUD, VERY CLEAR!! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE REMOTE RANGE. I tested mine out to 280 yards ZERO visual on caller. I had volume on 7 and it was clear as day and the remote never skipped a beat.

Dirty Dog. Your location states West. Big calling area. Although the Inferno suits my calling method just fine, I don't need a super loud caller. I need extreme portability. From what has been said here, I'm thinking the banshee would work best for you. With ten batteries and all the walking you say you do, I would think they will last you most to the day. I don't know yet how long the 4 batteries will last in the inferno. The remote's are the same so that's not a concideration. Another guy I hunt with has a CS24C which has been stated uses the same speaker. His is a good sounding unit, especially when we go after crows. For that, you want a loud call. For the $150 difference, the banshee should be all you need.

I have hellfire and the wildfire. I use the wildfire 90% of the time even in big country. It is plenty loud to call critters a long ways off and cuts the wind quite well. Use it on a small camera tripod and it will carry your sound better and give you better remote range.
