Ok, I have skinned a few furs but I always use the H cut method. I have noticed that many who skin out yotes and cats do it another way, where the hide is not split along the belly.

How do you skin an animal this way? It seems that most fur buyers like it like this.
 
Case or tube skinning is what you are referring to ?
Start at the hind legs and follow the fur line... you will see the different colors...cut around the rear leg and commence pulling skin all the way up to the tip of the nose and you are done its really not that hard and after you do a few you will have the technique down
