So, Jesse James and Billy Kidd walk into a bar, and... well, if you're guessin' that didn't end well, son, you're right.
Brothers Jesse James Gomez, 22, and Billy Kidd Gomez, 25, now face criminal charges after a weekend ruckus that ended with the two trying to pick fights in the middle of the road with employees of Lubock's Klusoz Martini Lounge, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal reported.

The tale unfolded about 12:45 a.m. Sunday, when police responded to reports that two men kickin' up a row had been booted from the bar over aggressive behavior and drunkenness. An arriving lawman said he saw the "combative" brothers shouting at people and attempting to draw bar staff into fisticuffs.
An ensuing pat-down of the two turned up a knife with a nearly six-inch-long blade, and both were sent to the hoosegow, otherwise known as the Lubbock County Detention Center, on public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges and assorted misdemeanor warrants.
In addition, Jesse James was charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Both have since been released on bond, the newspaper reported.

What responsible parent would name their boys Jessie James and Billy Kid....That's about a little worse that naming one Sue....
 
My sister has a son named Jesse James, at her Husband's behest. Of course she thought it cool too.



Uhhmmmmm... No he's not a rocket scientist either. Conservative thinking snowflake. 35 years old, and living with mommy while he tries to save enough money up to buy a place to live.
 
It has a lot to do with the way they were raised... When you've been brought up to believe you are a "free spirit", and you should not be punished, because you are a "free spirit", (what ever the [beeep] that is, I think it's hippyese for too lazy to work and irresponsible, but someone loves you).

That one, along with his sister and brother were taken out of public school, because my sister thought she was more intelligent than the school system. They were all supposed to be home schooled, his two siblings pursued their diplomas/GED, Jesse never graduated, has never pursued his GED. Has some serious attitude problems. But his mother still loves him.
 
My wife is a Pediatrician..

She comes home laughing about some of the names that people use.

There are plenty of names that coming out like Text language names, and retards that just can't spell and shouldn't be allowed to pick names.

Or what about the young black mother who named her baby, Shithead. Pronounced, Sha-Theed.

My girlfriend in college had twin brother, one was named Jesse and the other James. They were actually good kids and nothing like their crack smoking mother..

ya know at least these 2 good ol boys did not shoot the place up like the hip hop generation.. this type of behavior should be prepared for if you own a bar and sell alcohol to the general public.12:45 AM after a Saturday night of drinking people are going to do dumb [beeep]...

But what does "kickin' up a row" mean?
 
I worked with a gentleman whose first name was Sousa! ???
When asked about it we were told that John Philip Sousa was some relation to them, so the first boy was named John, the second Philip, and he ended up with Sousa! We just used his nickname of "Staff", which was the first part of his last name.
Wonder how many people in this country have a first name of Sousa!

That was always my interpretation of the saying as well.

I don't know about the mares leg, but he's pretty proficient with a shotgun, boy loves to goose hunt. And, he's a pretty decent with his deer rifle as well.
