which thermal monocular will do this at say 35 mph or less
looking at 600 yards or less for when entering a field
would a Pulsar HD19A or a HD38A do this or something else under $4000.00
Have a Gen3 4x for ID and shooting

Yes, either one will do it. Range for the 19A is around 550 yds. to know there is an animal present, but they will have to be much closer to ID. 38A will have almost double the range of the 19A.
