Does anyone has a solution for ATV shock absorbers that squeak a lot? I use my ATV for coyote hunting and the shocks sometimes are so squeaky even I can hear them!! (That's really loud; I have a bad hearing loss!)

If you can help, or know of a replacement shock that is better, please let me know.

Thanks,

It is probably the urethane bushings squeaking and not the actual shock. Try spraying some lube on the bushing and see if that helps. You may have to pull the bolt to get enough lube in there to work. If that helps then you can pull the bolts and use grease.

Spray the bushings with Fluid Film...it will smell like lanolin for a few days but the squeak will be gone

You can get it at most John Deere dealers or online, the stuff is great.

I wouldnt worry about it. unless your pushing it to your stand.
if they dont hear the squeak then the engine and exhaust will give it away LOL

Edit... on second thought try to tune the squeak. that way they think your a big mouse rolling in. LOL
