Super Yoter R lost it's crosshairs.

Was night hunting with my grandson (he has two more days of leave before starting Army Ranger Assessment School) and my Super Yoter R lost its crosshairs. I have performed all of the Manual's recommended procedures and still no crosshairs. Techs at Bering Optics must be busy because I can't get through. Slay was helpful, but the button sequences he suggested failed to bring up the crosshairs.
As you can all imagine, I want to hunt with my grandson these next two nights very much. Anyone have a solution?

My grandson was the only soldier in his unit to score expert on the first attempt.

Can't help you more than Slay.. I assume you did the factory reset. Goodluck to the grand with Ranger assessment.

Call Korey Kirschenman, he knows the ins and outs of the Bering optics gear. I have his number but not sure if I should give it out. I would check past threads he’s all over them. Think it’s an easy fix like u pressed a wrong button.

Korey K. solved the problem!!! He had me look through the scope as I pushed and held buttons 3 and 5 simultaneously and quick pushed button 4 repeatedly. The crosshairs reappeared on about push 11.

Today's posts were my first here on PM, but I have often searched for info here. Today, I needed help so that my grandson and I could have one last night hunt before he returned to begin Ranger Assessment Training. Korey made that possible. I will always owe him.
Enough said.

Stick around and let us know how your hunts go! Hats off to your grandson for his efforts. I hope he does well.
