In my 22-250 with 1x14 twist 26" barrel, CFE 223 and a 50 zmax has become my load of choice. A minimum load of 37g gives me 3,900 fps and shoots very good groups. Although I can get good accuracy with CFE 223 in 204, 223, and 243, I haven't found that excellent velocity and accuracy combination anywhere except 22-250 with CFE.
I haven't tried Superformance but it doesn't seem to be the answer for most people who have tried.
