Swarovski CL vs Vortex Razor Binos

I am looking for opinions on which of these Binos you would buy if your budget was around $1K. I have both of these located for right at that price.

I am looking at the Razor 10x42HD or the Swaro CL 10x30.

In addition to using these for hunting coyotes and bobcats they will be used during big game seasons. During big game I don't spend much time behind binos as I carry a spotter. The size and weight of the Swaro CL's is appealing but I wonder if they will gather light as readily as the larger Razor 10x42's.
 
Ive looked thru Razor binos and own a Razor HD scope along with 4 Swarovski scopes and a pair of SLC 10x40 binos. I can tell you the glass in the Razor line of scopes and binos are nice but their not Swarovski nice.

You also should be comparing apples to apples in the case of the binos. Your lining up one manufacturers top of the line 42mm objective bino against another's compact series of binos, not a fair comparison but in this case I think the swaro's can handle the competition.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I knew posting this that I was looking at large variables between the two models. I have looked through both and feel the quality of the glass is fairly comparable unlike the objective size.

For a few reason already stated the CL's definitely have my interest. What I was hoping for is some feedback that the smaller CL's could hold there own against the razors. I think your comments have provided that info for me.
