T/C Venture 223

Thinking about picking up a venture in 223. Wondering if anyone has any real world experience with them? They are in my price range and seem to get good reviews but I am never sure if the reviews are real or not. Trying to decide between the venture and the savage axis.

Have had mine about a week. While sighting in the Bushnell 3200, I put 6 out of six inside a softball sized circle at 200 yards. It shoots better than I can shoot it. I liked the weight, how it shouldered to me and the price.
 
Thanks for the input. Have you tried adjusting the trigger? if so was it an easy process? Did you get the gun only or the combo gun with T/C scope?
