I had a 4x Tasco I buoght in the 80s worked great for years held zero on my 12 ga slug gun my 7mm mag and then two different 50 cal muzzle loaders. Then last year the day before muzzle loader season the whole windage turret just popped out after a shot. I guess the corrosion from all those #11 caps and then the 209 primer blasts just did it in. Anyway I'm not a fan of the Tasco's but that one did live a long life on some hard hitting guns.
Today I did pick up an old Tasco Pro Class 4X30 EER Pistol Scope target dot with AO at the gun show. I got it to put on my 22hornet Contender I've heard the pro class was made by the Tasco custom shop. If not o well didnt pay much for it so if it falls apart I won't be upset.
