Tasco is owned by Bushnell now.Send it back and if they tell you they can't or wont fix it and they do not offer you a replacement scope, Do what I did when I had a problem with an older Tasco and they could not fix it they more or less told me I was SOL, So I told them I use Bushnell scopes / which I do and that I would run their name in the ground any time I had a chance. In less than a week I had a brand new scope on my door step.DAB
