Did Taurus do any better on the CT-9 Carbine than they have done with their pistols?
I'm somewhat in the market for another 9mm carbine. I have a soft spot for pistol carbines, played with the Hi Point years ago, had a Kel-Tec and a Ruger PC-9 that I liked a lot in college. Sadly Ruger doesn't make theirs anymore, and I'm looking for something more "substantial" than the Kel-tec (i.e. not looking for a pistol action wrapped in a rifle gordita).
Haven't seen a Taurus besides their 1911's or M-9's that ran worth a hoot, but the carbine looks the part. Does it run?
Mostly be a plinker, teach my son to shoot with it in a few years, maybe do a little coyote and hog hunting with it.
Open to other suggestions for a 9mm, 40S&W, or 45auto carbines as well (preferably the 9 or 40, for trajectory).
