Thread adapter for suppressor

I picked up a zastava pap m92 in 7.62x39 that I am planning to SBR.
I also have an SAS 338 DT can in jail that I'd like to run on it from time to time. The thread pitch on the m92 is 26mm x 1.5LH and the threading on the can is 5/8 x 24 RH.
Any issue with using this thread adapter while running the can? My concern would be with concentricity and baffle strikes. I'm hoping this won't be an issue with the oversized bore of the can.

When I'm not running the can, I plan on using a Krink style muzzle device like this one.

Anytime you add another piece there is more potential for something to be eccentric.
Like you said having a slight overbore always helps in situations like these... Usually what I do is pull the bolt look down the barrel and you will easily be able to see if you'll have a clean pass.

One of the first SBR's I bought, had an unsquare shoulder, when we put the YHM QD Wraith XL, on it you could see plain as day that if we would of fired without checking, it would of blown out the last 1/3rd of the baffles.

I'm sure you'll be fine.

Very true statement, and something to definitely keep an eye on.

Have you ever seen a pap m92? There is nothing there to chop. The muzzle device threads up against the gas block/ sight tower. And I went DT so I dont have to buy $100 muzzle devices for every weapon I want to use it on.

I would pass on that adapter. Any competent gunsmith should be able to whip out a concentric adapter in a flash that would be sure to be square. I've made quite a few of them on my Smithy in short order back when I had time.

I knew they were short, but I forgot there was no extra room. AKs don't suppress very well anyway because of the loud action and the gas system can be tricky. I'm not going to bother with mine. If you can figure out a way to get yours suppressed, more power to you.

Something has to be better than nothing.
