Tikka Scope Rings

Does anyone have any recommendation on which rings will work for a Tikka Varmint and a 1", 50mm objective lens scope?

I use the Tikka high rings on my T3 Lite in 22-250 for a 50mm 3X9 Conquest its a tack driver. Standard weaver type rings do not fit the Tikka groove imo.

I recommend Warne rings. I do not have them on a Tikka yet but they do make them for a Tikka.

Which size Warne should I get for a 50 MM OL scope - high or extra high?

I used high on my T 3 lite and there is not enough room for scope covers, you may need extra high

Thanks for the feedback. It looks like extra high will be ordered just to be on the safe side. That's the problem with having no retailer nearby and buying sight-unseen...may have to pay a little extra in postage to get it right.

Didn't mention mention but I did have a Banner with a 56mm obj mounted first with the Tikka high rings before putting on the 50mm Conquest.
