I dont think the sear is worn.  I have only put 50 or so rounds thru it since i had it installed.  I looked at the sear assembly with a scope and when i backed it out 1/6 of a turn after it tripped,  it appears to barely biting.  So i have since backed it 3/4 of a turn and under a scope the edges are definitely overlapping.   I think the 1/6 of a turn recommended just dont seem like enough.
