Sorry but that is not good service if you have to call them 4 or 5 times.
I had one of their triggers and it did work good.I wanted to talk to them about another trigger.They would never return my call.
I have been in retail auto parts business since 1970 and no one has to beg me to spend their money with me and I will not beg anyone to take my money either.
I have been buying Canjar and Jewell triggers ever since and have not had any problems.
