I'm looking to buy a tracking system for coyote hounds. The area I hunt is fairly flat. I'm looking for a portable unit with good range as I don't want to have antenna on top of my truck. I'm leaning towards a Field Marshall or Johnsons Telemetry. No GPS as it won't be compatable with my hunting buddies systems. Please give me your advice and experiences. I want to keep the cost under $1100 for the system and one collar. I also want to be able to track several collars in the 217. range. Thanks
