I've used all of the above mentioned trigger in different guns. In the AR-15 in single stage, I like JP's setup the best.
I have been able to obtain pulls under 3 pounds with some extra polish work. (no spring bending here!)
I have put more than a few of these in for other people. They are easy to install by anyone who knows how the AR trigger and disconnect should funtion, but I take my time and fit the safety cam on the trigger bar pretty snug so there is absolutely no movement from the trigger when the safety is engaged.
