Ive been running a Sunwayfoto T3240CS which has an integrated ballhead design. It has the ability to clamp a picatinny rail or ARCA rail in the same clamp which is kinda cool I guess. I ran a pinch clamp in it for a while and still use it now and again if I’m messing with a rifle without an arca rail. I’m only 5’8” though and have read where taller guys can’t achieve the height they want so probably not a great choice for the OP. I believe the 3640 model is a bit taller though.I have never used a leveling bowl but I have to believe that between a ballhead and a bowl the bowl will be the most stable option.
