Hey guys i was asking if tru glo scopes were good?

I do not think you can buy a scope of any kind for less than $200 that isn't made in Communist China. Some Chinese scopes are decent, so are crap. Here is my review of the TruGlo 2 x 42mm red dot:

really. yes you can get Phippinenes made glass for the same price. Quality is far better than China!
I think except for the Nikon Tactical line all Nikon scopes are from the Phillpines. I do believe Redfields Revenge line comes from the Phillipines, Revolution USA.
I think there are 3 optics plants in the Phillipines. Very,Very few optics manufactures have a plant they actually own!
Basically if every member kicked in and we came up with a $$$$$$$$ number of pooled money. we could bid it out. You could have a predator master scope from somewhere!
Bushnell,Simmons,Vortex,Weaver, and a bunch more don't own squat! It's all subbed out!

well I kinda forgot.....Bushnell, owns, Millet, Mead sold Simmons to them, and Tasco. It probably gives them a touch more buy'n power.
ATK bought Weaver back when Meade sold.
Leupold bought the Redfield name at the same time, when Meade sold out to the rest!
Meade took a dump and had to sell out when they moved production from the Phiilppines to China. God bless there DUMB SOUL's!
Have ya ever wondered why Bushnell keeps runnin that Phillipines made Simmons Whitetail Classic 6.5-20x50, still made in the Phillipines? Midway sells out of in a very short time? Just read the reviews!

I just picked up a Redfield Revolution 4-12x40 W/Accu-Range for $239 at my local shop. VERY good glass for the money IMO...

Not everyone can afford a $2,000 Nightforce, I am saving for one, but I am also killing things with scopes very similar to the ones mentioned below.
