I just bought a version last week called "syco tweety". It's made by Verminator Predator Calls. The syco version is a dual groove/split reed design. They also make one called the "tweety".
I haven't gone out with it yet, so I can't say how effective it is. Not that I'm very good either. Only been at this a couple of months, so even getting shut out, or should I say 'skunked'? is still fun.
I have one. It's called the virminator.
I don't know if it's made by virminator or what????
I also have a virminator thumper which in my opinion is a much better call.
The tweety has been a great call for me. It's kind of a quiet call, and creates a higher pitch baby cottontail type sound. It's actually a really nice sounding call. You can also do some good bird distress sounds with it. Try one and you won't be disapointed. It's made by Rick Paillet of Verminator Predator Calls, out of Clay Center, Kansas.
Here's his site: http://www.verminatorpredatorcalls.com/
Hope that helps.
