Uses for AR-15 pistol grips?

Anyone have a creative use for the Mil-spec AR1-15 pistol
grips that come in Lower Parts kits? I have a box full
of them.

I keep putting lowers together and
swapping out the hard plastic LPK grips with something
a bit more comfortable. Now I have a bucket of plastic
grips. I was thinking of putting one on the rake, hoe, and
shovel, so when my wife makes me work in the garden, I
can at least grab on to something that would remind me I could
be shooting a black rifle.

But that might give my
wife a clue on just how many black rifles may be stashed
around my place.

I guess you could adapt them to a hand saw or your cordless drill,,,etc...

Since my wife never picks up any of those, she would never notice...

I always thought you could easily adapt them into a forward grip,,or mount them as a pump grip on a home defense shotgun.....................X

destroy the evidence!

Have you tried using them as a shifter handle?

OOOhhh... Attach them to the weed eater handle.. Hate that none ergo grip on mine..

Make them into a lighter body..

Hmmm..

I found an interesting use for them a while back but its not for everyone. I bought some knife blanks and used the AR grips for the handles. using a dremel and some putty I made a couple that look pretty nice. I think i have one around my reload shop I will try to get a picture of.

No, but I did rig up a pmag to spit out double A batteries in case the ones on the ol FoxPro run out. I hate carrying packs of batteries, the pack always seems to break open and then there is like ten rolling around in my fourwheeler saddlebags and I always end up short just one. HaHa...
A 30 round mag holds 9 AA batteries. The 20 round pmag only holds 6 AA batts. I dont use my 30 rounders to hunt anyhow, so I dont really have much use for em. Just saving them for when we have a revolution I guess.

That would be nice, sittin on a stand and tryin to kill a coyote with Duracell batteries. Just to update, if you use AAA batteries, you can fit quite a few also. They double stack too I think kinda like a .223 round...

great idea with the battery holder... another use for the AR grips could be to mount them as handles on all of the cupboards in the house...
