V Max or Varmint X

Trying to decide between buying 223 55 grain V Max ammo or Winchesters Varmint X. Solely used on coyotes. Anyone have any experience with the Varmint X ammo

Don’t rule out Hornady Superformance with the 53gr VMax. They are darn good factory ammo.

I have tried the 53 grs. But I seem to get better groups with the 55 grain V Max and 55 grain Federals nosler ballistic tip. However the federals and hornadys aren't as easy to get as the varmint X ammo

53gr V-max Superformance are top notch out of my R-15.. I have some 53g Hornady that I put behind some Varget... Gets the job done.. I don't have any experience with the Winchester but have heard good things about the round.

What are you shooting these pills out of?? Barrel length and Twist rate???

Stag arms model 6 super Varminter 24" barrel 1-8 twist

I have been getting good results from 60 grain V-Maxes out of my 1-8" RRA PP.
