Waiver / Permission doc I use

I posted this in Pred forum, but thought some of you guys might also want to use it.

There is alot of disscussion anymore about hunter rights, landowner rights, neighbors sticking their nose in where it doesn't belong, etc....
I started using a simple form just to "CMA".

I did this to protect all parties involved, on ground that I lease, use, borrow, trespass (with permission of course), basicly any private ground I hunt, that I do not own.
Also where I live, the laws are different on private ground with written permission, vs. private ground with just a "go hunt", from the land owner.
I have yet to have a landowner, that is any thing but pleased to sign the waiver.
Feel free to cut, copy, change wording ,whatever suits you, if this can be of any help to anyone. Duane

That's always a good idea to get permission in writing. Many times you may run into a family member or ranch hand other than who gave you permission. It also covers you if the owner gets a change of heart.

Wyoming provides a form for hunters and landowners at the F&G offices that has carbon copies so each of you can keep a copy. I keep a stack in the truck in case I meet some new friends.
