??? Weaver SPR Mount with Picatinny Adapter Ringtop

Has anyone tried replacing the top piece of Weaver SPR scope mount:

with the top piece of Weaver Tactical Scope Mounted Picatinny Adapter

Basically do the scope ring holes from one match the other? I am trying to add a coyote light to the top of my AR predator rig with minimal hardware gadgets.

Edit: PS - The ones on the SPR mount are 3/8" apart

No. They picture a whole moount that goes around the scope. I am trying to avoid putting another ring around the scope and simply replace the top portion of an existing ring.
 
Your link shows the top of the ring mated to a bottom, photoshopped from a mount. Getting through to them with a question will be hard. If they are selling just the top, which I assume they are, I would lap it.

I take back what I said. It's a 2 piece that mounts on your scope so you will have 3 rings going on. I would pass.
