I've got one of these units and I love it, all except the battery life.. I guess I get descent life but I want more on these cold nights.
Is there any ways I can hook up other bigger batteries and not hurt the unit. I'm thinking maybe 6 or 12 volt batteries or maybe a coonhunting light battery. It does have a port to where you can hook up to a cigarate lighter. I might could hook a battery through it.
Any ideas would be appreciated!!!!
 
I do believe there was a recall on Western Rivers batteries, check their site and I also believe there was a post on here about it!
